These days in Nigeria the citizens can no loner trust or wait for the Police to solve their pressing cases anymore, they now resort to some rather'faster' means of getting their justice served, this was the case of an aggrieved resident of Uyo who was a victim of armed robbery. The fellow came out boldly to write an epistle to the suspected thief and accompanied it with Over 500 millipedes. you would ask, what is the significance of this package?
