Good research, but your credentials are somewhat questionable. I had hard time understanding your findings on how “thinking is the best way to train our brain and lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage” first of all, the human brain as well order or eukaryote species and mammals rely on numerous factor to improve the functionality of the brain neurons. Thinking doesn’t trained the brain instead, CDC “center of disease control” statistics show that people with brain aneurism, cerebral palsy and order brain disease such as Alzheimer and apnea are a direct result of brain overload such as too mush thinking, stress induce labor, injuring to the frontal and temporal lobe, blockage of the cerebral spinal fluid, exposure to high UV Rays, Cancer, Genetics DNA deformities or heredity and stroke. And they may or may not cause brain shrinkage but affect the brains function in numerous ways. Among the symptoms THINKING is the most prevalence cause of brain damage or shrinkage, because it can also result to heart attack and high blood pressure.
Secondly, I have never heard “lacking in brain stimulation” the brain excitation or stimulation occurs as a result of hormonal present in the brain. And is totaling out of conscience control but it can be regulate autonomousling. First of all, if you found yourself in a difficult situation, your hormonal releasing enzyme release hormones and send it to the PNC “Peripheral nervous system” the PNC send the hormones through the dorsal surface of your spinal cord, and through your brain stem which include from bottom up “the medulla oblongata, the brain Pons, the hypothalamus, to the stomata sensory cortex also call the post central Gyrus. Then the information is process at the SSC. Dopamine or Oxytoson and progesterone for women then stimulate the mid brain. Then the information is send through the ventral surface to the peripheral nervous system, and your body reacts to the information. Dopamine is a hormone your body release when some bad happen. We refer to it in medical field as flight and fight syndrome. There are other hormones the body release and the brain is stimulated differently in the present of different hormones
Finally, I enjoy reading the first five article good research.
