back at your comment, I know that...............security checks should be different from police road blocks..........A country without security checks is at the risks of outside invasion.........so I dont  expect that governments at the three tiers would leave out security simply becos police road blocks have been banned!

Can someone now remind Jonathan that villages were bombed and severals died in the pursuit to supress militants in the Niger Delta.Can similar action be taken against Boko Haram? No.
