Generally speaking it is not good for a woman because it seems she is disrespecting the femininity. But some girls do that so that they won't loose the guy for another person, it doesn't means that she is a bitch. She want the guy and she go for what she want.

If you are the guy the girl approached, you better don't ditch her or take her for granted.
