Lagos Government Reveals What Killed Abba Kyari And The Name Of Hospital Where He Died

The Lagos State government on Saturday evening disclosed that the Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, Mallam Abba Kyari, died of complications from coronavirus art the First Cardiology Consultants, Ikoyi in Lagos State.

There have been apprehensions among residents of Lagos about the identity of the private hospital, following the announcement of the death of Kyari early Saturday morning.

There had also been various speculations over the hospital where the late chief of staff died, whith some speculating that he died in a London hospital.

But disclosing the details of the death on Saturday, the state government, through the Commissioner of Health, Professor Akin Abayomi, said due to enquiries by Nigerians, it was necessary to announce that the chief of staff died on Friday in the hospital.

The commissioner said on his twitter handle: “Following enquiries on the passing away of the Chief of Staff to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Mallam Abba Kyari on Friday 17th April, 2020, the Lagos State Government states that: Mallam Abba Kyari died from complications of #COVID19 infection at First Cardiology Consultants in Lagos.

“This hospital is a Lagos State designated high care, biosecurity-compliant, #COVID19 facility, accredited by the Health Facility Management and Accreditation Agency @HEFAMAA_LASG of the @LSMOH.

“As a basis for accreditation, First Cardiology Consultants established a separate specialist wing with staff dedicated to the treatment of complicated cases of #COVID19, under the supervision of the Lagos State #COVID19 emergency response team.”

First Cardiology Consultants, Ikoyi was established in 2008 and it is a super specialty cardiology hospital providing one of most comprehensive, technologically advanced cardiology practices in Lagos.

It is equipped to help and provide medical services in Stress Testing, Echocardiography, Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring, Pacemaker Implantation and Monitoring, Non-Invasive Vascular Evaluation, Cardiac Catherization, Balloon Angloplasty, and so many more.

Hmmm, it would seem covid 19 was 'jara' in the death of Aba Kyari. The man would have been heavily loaded with other Hugh class ailments, which would have necessitated his confinement in the high biow Medical Facility, perhaps recommended by Asiwaju.

Hey Mallam Abba Kyari, may soul rest in peace ooo...though you will not be remembered for anything in future. At the period you served as chief to the presidency, Nigeria, became one of the most impoverish and the most corrupt country in the world. What a record to go with. Rest in peace all the same.

. With due respect, it is this lazzez fare attitude of ours that allow crime fester. Investigations are normally conducted to enable us know what happened, and to prevent a re occurrence. What if this Reporter, Kemi, were right: that the body if Kyari was cremated almost a week ago, then the man could have died of something else and not covid 19. What if the man had died of poison, that needs to be investigated. Cremation is not in our Culture, but of the Oriental Entities. A Situation where a cadaver had to be cremated would suggest a risk to the environment if the action is not carried out before the onset of Rigor Harris. In all this, Criminal action should be suspected. Pray, how many covid 19 victims had been cremated in Nigeria. I'm beginning to suspect the Reporter knew what she she has been 'hallaring' about.

: You could be on the right track but olunloyo sometimes don't get it right. This was an 80 years old man. Apart from the Coronavirus, he was already a diabetic patients couple with some heart disease. Some human beings think that because of their high positions, infection is far away from them, hence they go careless. His last journey to London was a mistake.  I do not believe that he was poisoned. Moreover, Cremation is not compulsory,  after all, he was not the first person to die of Coronavirus either in Nigeria, Italy, Spain, France, China. We are yet to see or read that their dead ones are being cremated. Why must his own dead body be an exemption?
