weight challenge

what type of exercise program works well for you as a woman or man.for me i tried working,gym and so on.but the one that works well for me is aerobics,i mean doing home video exercise or DVDs.within few weeks i can see result,but with the gym was almost a year didt see any results.which one works best for you.

i will try running when i get to my ideal weight.for now i do i hr of arobics 5 days a week.it really improve me because now i dance a lot.

am interested lol.i did a bit of it at school.intake and outake.i eat right,and eat more salad and fruits.unlike before i dont really care about eating fruits or salad.do u see how oprah gained a lot of weight am shocked lol.when she lost weight people complain shes too skinny,now shes too big lol.
