See Interior of The Apartment a Lagos Landlord Wants To Rent Out For N520,000 (Photos)

A Nigerian man identified as Ifeanyi Chiemeka is displeased with the condition of an apartment a landlord in Aguda, Surulere, is renting out for 350,000 Naira per annum.

Sharing the interior photos of the apartment, he wrote:

“Apparently, a landlord at Aguda in Surulere wants to collect N350, 000 as basic rent for this. N520,000 total package. You people in #Lagos have your consciences seared with hot iron, because what in the dog shed is this? Hell is too mild for house agents.”

Some Twitter users reacted by stating that the apartment is not ”worthy for animals to live in let alone humans.”

WOW. How do people live here? I will never live in it. It is so ugly. It is not clean at all. I live in 2 bedroom apartments forest hills, the best place for me and my pet. It is comfortable, in a green zone, when I saw the first time this apartment, it was clean. I love it because they took me during the quarantine and this apartment is one of the best where I have ever lived. Moreover, they gave me 1,5 months for free, this was the greatest surprise for me because none provide these offers.
