Banks are under siege, right now,no bank is open in Aba, ATM's are not functional,
Kidnappers kidnap everyone kidnappable including busloads of nursery/primary school pupils,
what is the Governor doing?
the police deployed on the roads are interested in their N20 bribes while some of them are being killed at will by robbers,
please draft in the military, Abia is a state under siege,rapping of women,e.t.c.
