A bulldozer was used to ram down the Nigerian commission in Ghana over the weekend and we had only just known one side of the story, which was the story told by the nigerian high commission. The locals that were involved in the incident have now spoken, specifically the paramount chief of Osu traditional area, Nii Okwei Kinka Dowuona VI said the Nigerian commission were trying to forcefully take the land of his people without following the due process or respecting the wish of the locals. he noted that they have tried to resolve the matter amicably in the past but the Nigerian high commission responded to them with sheer arrogance and impunity. He also stated that the structure demolished was planned to be used for "planned entertainment complex to be used as an events centre for commercial purposes" and not the staff quarters that was being claimed by the Nigerians.
It is always good to hear the second side of the story in order to maintain a balanced perspective. With the case deteriorating exponentially, we hope they will be able to find a solution pretty quick.

That was still wrong. You are supposed to first take it up with the government of your Country so as to follow diplomatic procedures. Where were you when they built the place?

This is why one should never jump to a conclusion after reading one side of any story.
