Jokinly & mistakenly go near a 9ja police who is guarding the highway and touch his belt holder, you'll notice that it's very loose. Try philosophising & ask yourself why? The answer is very simple= It's because they want 2 be agile, prompt & fast in undressing themselves in case of any emergency(criminalisation).
