That is the quote that best illustrates the success story of this charming star in the making, Idowu Akinsade better known on Instagram as @kween_id. Though, she was born and bread in Lagos State but she is from Ondo state. She is an undiluted Ondo babe because her parents are from the same town.
She is also known for shipping cooked foods all over the states in america.
Education for her started from Monikab Nursery and Primary School, Lagos, before she later moved to ST. Louis Catholic Girls School, Ondo. After her secondary School education, she proceeded to Ogun State University, now known as Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, where she studied Industrial & Labour Relations.
Subsequently, she went to a Culinary School where she trained on catering services. Acting for her began a very long time ago, but her parents didn’t give her the chance to fully go into it. She took a break and then rejoined when she got to USA.
However, she featured in two Nollywood movies then in Nigeria. About 4 years ago, she relocated to America for greener pastures. It was an awesome experience for her as we gathered. She joined TAMPAN USA chapter and then later joined Bayo Alawiye’s Theater School. Today, the rest is history.
She joined through a lady known as Ayo who introduced her to TAMPAN and that was it. She is now one of the executive members of her zone because TAMPAN has different zones. She is today the deputy governor of TAMPAN zone 2 in Maryland, America.
After the last tenure was over, Idowu applied for the position and she won the election. She has featured in several movies including MOJERE, OLA&OLA SMITH, 3&1, IPINU MI, INSANE, ASHABI SHA DOLLAR, MY AMERICAN DREAM and many more.
She also has 2 movies produced by herself and they are LAST LAUGH, which is still showing on yorubaplus channel on YouTube, and REVENGE which is coming soon.
The dashing screen diva is one of the actresses currently dominating the Yoruba movie genre of Nollywood in America.
