Why are we borrowing money after when we are sufficient fund within the community,i know they are paving way for their own pocket.May God deliver our leaders from embezzlement.

Dont you kw that your brothers misplaced/mismanage allot of things in that country for for years, and is going to take us another 40yrs to fix it?

This is one hell of an amount of money. Even if i apply for bridging loans, i would not be able to get this sum of money. I just hope that will be able to be transparent on their spending.
