i am sure Mr president is looking for money for the coming election. it will not work 4 u pple to turn our dear nation to perpetual poverty. God will punish all these top govt officials that are looting the nation wealth and creating useless avenue to further loot  from the nation,s wealth instead of finding a lasting solution to the poverty that is eating deep in our country. One day,u will all answer for ur crimes.
