can it be cause they have more problems and worries than most other cultures?

I think if money is being shared or a church vigil is arranged, black people are always early.

because there is no electricity to power the clock - and the generators are out of fuel, the fuel queue is way too long at texaco - Infact I had to go out of my way to make it this early!
