Yeah, and aren't them saying what a man can do a woman can do even better? Think it is time women start declaring their love than die in silence, or marry someone who comes to them while looking for the man of their heart outside simply bcos he did not declare her heart's desires!

I think she can DARE to do it if she KNOWS the feeling is mutual between them. But a wise girl wouldn't want to EASILY blow-off the lid on her emotions...it makes her cheap. Its only PROPER for the guy to initiate the action then the girl can play the confirmatory role...
