Cardi B has gotten a new property for her family just weeks after her husband Offset bought her a $1.5 million investment property in the Dominican Republic as a birthday present in October.
On Tuesday, the 29-year-old rapper and mother of two shared the news on Instagram that she's purchased a home in New York City. To celebrate finally having a house of her own in her 'home city,' she posted a photo of herself posing inside the new property.

"These days I don't just live one place, I'm everywhere due to my work," Cardi captioned the photo. "One thing for sure I needed a home in my home city of NY! I'm soo proud of myself. I work so hard for my children to be comfortable everywhere they are regardless of work."
She added that she and her husband Offset have always wanted to have a home in New York City. The couple also has homes in Los Angeles and Atlanta.
