Relationship Without Sex, What Are Your Views?

While I was walking down my office staircase this evening, I met two ladies gisting.

While they were, u know, chatting about thier relationships, one of them said "I can't imagine life without sex"Aside the normal segxwal pleasure, is there any benefit we stand to gain from sex?
I ask this question because people are taking sex as something unimaginable.
