A lot of people are segxwally addicted. It will be difficult for them to do without it. It's like drug addicts, chain smokers and drunkards. Some people are even pedophiles on NP.

You can only abstain from sex if you are incarcerated or you don’t have partner. It will be very wrong to live without sex. It is very good for every segxwally active person to have sex at least twice a month. It is equally unhealthy to stay long without having sex. So guys, if you can have it 3times a week. Keep it up. It is a good exercise and healthy.
