what to do in case of a heart attack

when u start experiencing severe pain in ur chest, which gradually radiates to ur arms, ur jaw and the rest of ur body and you start feeling faint. You are alone and 5miles away from the nearest hospital. You have only 10 seconds to loose consciousness.

You must act as fast as possible or else, you will black out. Well the following, are the things you should do;

first; do not panic. Start coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A very deep breathe should be taken b4 each cough. The cough must be deep and prolonged.

A breathe and a cough must be repeated every 2 seconds without let-up, until help arrives or when the heart is felt to beat normally again.

secondly; you should see a doctor to prevent this event from happening again.
