ngeri1 at 12-12-2010 05:07 PM (13 years ago) (f) Lol at the general consensus being that a woman's primary job lies within the home. That's hilarious. Where is the development and ownership of responsibility of self? Hahaha, these message boards crack me up. Its like reading stuff from the olden days. Maybe I just feel this way because of what I have been exposed to and where I was born and have been raised. I just had my laugh for the day. Thanks guys!
I can see you got no Ideal of wat ur culture is I can see that you have a less than adequate "IDEA" of grammatical construction. At least make an attempt to properly word your response next time. I know my culture thanks. That implication is even more hilarious. There is also a reason why the country suffers as a whole, the happiness the country once had has diminished a great deal and progression is hardly in the general vocabulary at this time. chiomsx at 12-12-2010 05:30 PM (13 years ago) (f) Well, I think like some people said, they are suffering with obsessive female independence syndrome loll. Some women take this female equality thing to extra heights. I am a barrister in training here in the Uk and I have my boyfriend. I actually when I have time, sometimes wash our clothes together- with my hand- not even the wash machine. Why? I grew up for 17 years in Africa and in all that time I washed my clothes with my hand. Besides I think it is more convenient as I can focus on the tiny spots/marks which need attention. I would not say do it everyday because then, the guy can start taking you for a housemaid- but i think sometimes is good. Besides it lets him see (especially if it is an african man) that you are educated but are still able to do the wifely/motherly things which will attract him more to you. New to what? The backwards mentality prevalent on the site? I appreciate your warning but am Nigerian as well, so I have been exposed to all of that. That is pretty much the culture. So thanks, I do appreciate your attempt. I'm just fine though, thanks. Posted: at 12-12-2010 07:14 PM (13 years ago) | Upcoming | |

All I see there are red marks underneath what was asked so there are not deemed as having enough merit to be responded to. Take care though!
