Anthony Joshua Needs ‘Brain Transplant’ Before He Can Beat Usyk In Rematch – Froch Claims

Carl Froch, an former super-middleweight champion, has said Anthony Joshua needs a “brain transplant” before his rematch with Oleksandr Usyk.

Joshua is looking to become a three-time heavyweight world champion by beating the Ukrainian.

Froch has questioned the Briton’s mentality ahead of the rematch in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on August 20.

Usyk won the initial fight last September at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Since then, Joshua has hired a new trainer, Robert Garcia, who is believed to add more aggression to the 32-year-old’s boxing style.

Despite the switch-up, Froch does not fancy Joshua’s chances of turning the tables this time around.

“Sometimes a change is good, but for Anthony Joshua to beat Oleksandr Usyk, he needs a brain transplant.

“He’s got all the physical attributes but I just don’t think he can beat him,” Froch told Betfred’s Lightweight Boxing Show.

True talk ! Joshua will beat Uysk but only if Joshua is mentally ready for it .Joshua problem as a boxer and I’m sure his trainer must have seen it, and that is mental weakness . Joshua must improve on two fronts , He must mentally be ready to take punishment ,swallow it and never give in or be boxed back foot .Maybe he will have to watch  Juan Manuel Marquez. .Two , he must work his ass to improve on endurance, cardio that he needs to stay hydrated during the long walk because to  win this fight , he need to press forward and fight as the aggressor .Uysk is volume puncher in heaven weight division because of his smaller size advantage.Therefore,Joshua will need to close that space by turning the table on Uysk and that’s is to be the aggressor and not one two punches.,volumes of combinations and he needs cardio and endurance to do that

Frochs method of  commentary is  rather insulting and personally considered as a psychological warfare against Anthony ,   What is a brain transplant if  you do not have brain injury Congenital or Acquired ? Does  Anthony of mixed race (Caucasian and African )  or his race have a lower brain quality than the  pure caucasian Ukrainian?   if anyone needs a brain transplant for warped  mental judgement , in my opinion it  must be iFroch himself <smh>
