complaining passenger

Complaining Customer
 
   
Meraai had been an airline agent for quite some time, and never had she come across a client like the one she had encountered on that particular day.
The customer was really hassling Meraai at the ticket counter, yelling, complaining about everything under the sun and using foul language.
However, Meraai was polite, pleasant and smiled while the customer continued to abuse her.

When the man finally left, the next person in line asked Meraai,
-* "Sorry, but does that happen often? I can´t believe how nice you were to him."
Meraai smiled and said,
-* "Ag, No problem, I took care of it. He´s going to Gatwick - London. His bags are going to Bangkok."
