Nigerian singer and rapper Folarin Falana, better known by his stage name Falz has reacted to news of NDLEA destroying N194bn worth of cocaine seized in Lagos state some weeks ago

The anti-drug agency destroyed the hard substance today September 27. Falz wonders why they would be destroying evidence.


Reacting to the news of the substances being destroyed, Falz wrote;

''This administration must really think that we are daft sha!! What is this lamba that the NDLEA is giving with this cocaine seizure saga? Dem dey burn evidence?''



The four persons arrested in the building where the substances were discovered have not been tried.

Stupid administration..trial never start dem don burn evidence as claimed! What if the accused them deny say dem no see any drugs wit dem?

The criminals have been photographed and videotaped, they can not lie again. also yes keeping such evidence will prompt some security thief to steal am from the warehouse....... na burn dey MUST burn it  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Video is no hard evidence. A good lawyer in a sane environment can get these guys out of the issue fast. They were cajoled into accepting a crime they did not commit at gun point. The items in the video is not cocaine, but ordinary powder, reason why it was burnt. The prosecuting team can argue for days, but the judge will set them free.
