Femi Fani-Kayode, an All Progressives Congress Chieftain and former Minister of Aviation has called out Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi and his running mate, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, over their alleged view on homosegxwality.
Baba-Ahmed was a Senator when the anti-gay bill was being considered in the Nigerian Senate in 2014. Contributing to the bill during plenary at the time, Baba-Ahmed stated that such ”elements should be killed in society”.
Femi Fani-Kayode, who was recently appointed as a member of APC’s presidential council, has stated that while Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed believes gays should be killed, Peter Obi allegedly shares the same view.
The former Minister also claimed that killing people as a penalty for their segxwal orientation and choices is a reflection of the fascistic and barbaric society that the Obidients (supporters of Peter Obi) wants to allegedly foist on Nigerians.
He tweeted;
