It seems those who are receieving Jumbo pay at the National Assembly have started using their money to amass instruments of Mass destruction which they intend to use to cow down any opposition during the forthcoming elections. This incident might just be a tip of the iceberg unless something drastic is done. First let the Lawmakers return all the excess money they appropriated to themselves simply because it is immoral and unlogical for an emloyees to change the salary structure using the instruments of their office to their advantage, and keep taking outrageous paypackets in an enviroment where even the so called minimum wage of 18000naira cannot last a normal man more than one day. We thought they are representing us but no.When some people have much more money to throw arround in the mist of abject poverty in the land, then you can expect much more from them because absolute power corrupts absolutely and excess money breeds excessive behaviour. Secondly, Parents should warn their wards so that they would not be enticed by these wealthy politicians to forment troubles on their behalf because their own children would not be exposed to such danger. When two elephants fight the grass suffers.
