...U can shout without hitting anybody or throwing things around u agianst the walls.

by being violent, i mean sizing ur pal/gal a tight slap bcos u lost ur temper, that's really awful.

I feel good shouting whenever I'm angry.But, it'd be absolute stupidity to hit anyone with the excuse that I was angry.

At times, we pretend as a way of self protection,especially; when we meet people we don't feel safe with.

Procrastination!....sometimes, I'm like that. at the end, I find myself having to many things to do thereby, forcing me to work under tension.
