Tactically and in man-management skill,Mourinho is a genuis no doubt.I still think he has to work on his attitude,i mean his arrogance and lack of respect for opposition coaches and players

I believe the world cup was the biggest soccer spectcle of the year 2010 and as a result the world footballer of the should normally be a member of the winning squad.I really feel for Xavi,because at almost 31,i think this was his last chance to win this award.

Mourinho truly deserve the award,he is indeed a coach of champions.But come to think of it how could Lionel Messi win the World footballer award.He did not score a goal in World cup,his country Argentina was a Flop.NA WA 4 this FIFA SELF.
