May they catch this murderer in Jesus name. I really feel she was murdered by dat guarantor guy. Maybe he wanted more and she did not and he killed her by accident out of anger. To be someone guarantor don't u have to have a relationship with them (know them perhaps) She obviously did not have a boyfriend because he would have come around to check on her. I also feel the murdered is the person who got her the apartment that explain why the access to the keys, Maybe the guarantor got her the apartment, the landlord have some information dat is for sure.
