I know his death is inevitable....at the stage he was in before the mother cried out, looks late to me but, the main issue must not be swept under the rugs. Where was the error committed and by who? Intestine dont just disappeared if it was not perforated by someone and that person decided its complete removal to avoid detention! That person must be identified and prosecuted for murder!!!!
