Popular American-Ghanaian musician, Ama Serwah Genfi, also known as Amaarae, has taken to 'X' to lament about how ungrateful some Gen Z's are. She called them out after one of them requested for her card details to pay for a flight ticket to Ghana. She gave the card details and then told the unnamed Gen Z individual to help her bring a package when coming. Amaarae became upset after the individual dared to ask her if the package she intended to get would be heavy.
According to her, they have the nerve to use her money to pay for the flight but cannot assist her with bringing a package.
In her words;
“Gen Z r so ungrateful I swear — u can text me for my debit card details and use it to buy yourself a flight to Ghana, when I text you to bring me a package you have the nerve to ask me is it heavy !!! as in, so if it’s heavy you won’t bring it or what ?”
