A UK-based Nigerian lady who went on a date with a White man has expressed disappointment after he asked for their bills to be split. Making a video, she narrated how hard it is as a Nigerian woman to date men abroad because unlike Nigerian men, they don’t spoil their women. Recalling a date she went on with an Oyinbo man, they had gone to a Turkish restaurant per his request.
According to her, she wasn’t even used to that sort of food so she did not eat as much. After eating the meal, the waiter had come up to them, asking if they should split the bill. She initially thought it meant that he wanted them to split it so he could pay in cash and also by card. However, the waiter brought the bills, giving it to each of them to pay for their meal. The Nigerian lady explained that she had to pay to avoid embarrassment but that was the last time the Oyinbo man heard from her.
