I'm sorry to say this but i must say that 75% of the Nigerian Police does not know their job.
Ok, there was a day i was driving, i unknowingly left all my car papers at home. I was stopped by a police officer and he asked "papers" and since i was not with them, i showed him piles of my Dstv subscription receipts to my surprise the policeman asked "where are the orignals?" OMG!
