Husband goes home to nap as wife's labour pains drag on..

There's this friend of mine who complained to me that while she was undergoing labour all tru the nite her husband that was supposed to be waiting outside the labour room with his mum left for home to take a nap on the excuse dat his mother asked him to go home and rest. What do u think of such an action by the husband?

FOR THE FACT THAT HE IS THE HUSBAND AND RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PREGANCY DOES NOT MEAN HE MUST BE THERE IN THE LABOUR ROOM.

What do you have to say about those Men that are not even around to see the labour or know when their kids were born.

I don't see anything wrong with the man going to take a nap, Did she tell you well all the stress from the man side, Maybe he's the type that works alot and still wanna keep up all the night because of her labour.

i can see all the mehn who would be taking naps..how  will u go home while u beloved is in labour bearing ur child , maybe ur first born at that..won't u want to know if they r both ok while the labour is going on..it will worry me (if it was the other way round) and i will not leave that place   Cheesy
