U can imagine this kind mess in a nation like 9ija.........and i bet u be4 u know this guys in-charge will soon be release and there the matter die...that is 9ija culture and that is why even when u're arrested 4 looting and taking to police station if ur loots are minute u'll receive d beating of ur life but if it's fat u're police friend cos dey will alias with u and even if u are jail ur loots will still be there waiting 4 u.....corrupt ppl are in power and except, those @ d top are ready to fight corruption. of which no 1 among dem is just ready 4..........u 9ija
