The Kaduna State Police Command has made a significant breakthrough in the case of a housewife accused of plotting to have her husband killed over a financial dispute amounting to N400,000.

The disturbing incident unfolded in the Rafin Guza community within Kaduna metropolis, shedding light on the depths of domestic discord and desperation.

Security analyst and counter-insurgency expert, Zagazola Makama, provided insights into the case, detailing the events leading up to the husband's near-tragic fate. Makama revealed that the husband had extended a loan of N400,000 to his wife for business purposes. However, tensions escalated when the husband requested repayment of the loan, only to be met with defiance from his spouse.

In a shocking turn of events, the wife allegedly resorted to extreme measures, purportedly orchestrating a plan to eliminate her husband by enlisting the services of a notorious gangster named Tola and his associates. The motive behind the sinister plot, as per Makama's account, was to silence the husband and evade further demands for repayment.

The revelation has sent shockwaves through the community, highlighting the dangers posed by unresolved financial disputes within marital relationships.

Following diligent investigation and swift action by law enforcement authorities, the housewife has been apprehended, signaling a breakthrough in the case. The Kaduna State Police Command remains committed to ensuring justice is served as the investigation progresses.

The incident serves as a grim reminder of the complexities and challenges faced within domestic settings, underscoring the need for open communication and conflict resolution to prevent such tragic outcomes. As the case unfolds, authorities urge vigilance and prompt reporting of any suspicious activities to prevent further harm within the community.
