A 16-year-old maid has been arrested following a chilling confession that she planned to poison her employer's family. Identified only as Peace from Calabar, the young maid was caught on video admitting to her sinister plot aimed at murdering her employer and the family to steal their money.
In her detailed confession, Peace disclosed that she had planned to administer rat poison in the family's tea. Her motive was to incapacitate the family members, after which she intended to use the employer’s ATM card to withdraw money and flee. The poison, according to her statement, was initially brought into the house by the employer herself, although it is unclear under what circumstances it was purchased.
The maid was apprehended before she could carry out her plan, preventing what could have been a tragic outcome. During an interrogation captured in the video, Peace appeared calm as she narrated her planned actions and her eventual capture.
