According to a statement released by the Command's spokesperson, SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje, on Saturday, April 20, 2024, the apprehended individual, identified as Sani Mamman, is allegedly a notorious 419 fraudster known for employing various deceptive tactics to swindle individuals of their hard-earned money.
"The Adamawa state police command has on 19/4/2024 apprehended a 39-year-old man who allegedly defrauded unsuspecting victims by pretending to be a ghost. Sounding with different tones," the statement elucidated.
