In a heartbreaking turn of events, a newlywed man from Ochingini Adiko in Obi Local Government Area of Benue State tragically passed away just hours after his wedding.
The young groom, whose identity has not been disclosed, tied the knot on the evening of Sunday, June 16, 2024. According to Igor Daniel Adole, a local resident, the groom appeared to be in perfect health and high spirits during the wedding festivities.
However, the joy turned to sorrow when he was discovered lifeless the following morning, June 17. The circumstances surrounding his sudden death remain unclear, but community members are in shock over the loss of someone who seemed so vibrant and full of life just a day before.
As investigations continue, the tragic incident has cast a pall over the community, with many expressing their condolences and support for the bereaved family during this difficult time.
