Nollywood actress and media personality, Toke Makinwa, has said she won’t adjust her lifestyle or settle for less regardless of the country’s economy.
Gistmania reports that Nigeria has been facing an economic crisis in recent years with some citizens planning to protest over the worsening hardship and poor governance.
Speaking in a viral video sighted by New Telegraph, Makinwa could be heard boasting that she would never settle for less despite the poor economy.
She said; “I told you, all my friends and loved ones in this season, no matter how tough the economy of the jungle gets, the lion will never eat grass.
“We are the children of the lion of the tribe of Judah. Do you know what that means?
“I don’t care what the economy is saying, we don’t settle for less. Do you know who our father is? We get backing.”
