StatiSense, a global data and business intelligence platform, has disclosed the most visited website on mobile by Nigerians in June 2024, with porn sites featuring prominently on the list.
The platform’s latest data shows a significant portion of Nigerians visited adult content and gambling sites.
Two adult sites collectively received 80.18 million visits, ranking second and sixth respectively on the list.
In addition, Nigerian mobile users visited sporting websites 176.83 million times.
Nigerians have reacted to this, noting that other countries do not have porn in their most visited sites.
Expressing his thoughts on the list, an x user, @Lagos Cinematographer wrote, "I have checked usa, many african and European countries, only nigeria has porn and betting sites on their list and even appeared more than once. Inside this hardship, konji won finish una."
Ayinla Oluwamayoma said,
