A Nigerian lady and ex-Muslim, Mariam Oyiza Aliyu, has shared an email she received from a 55-year-old man, criticizing her for posting a photo he deems indecent.

“A 55 year old man I know and respect sent me this.!! Please don’t zoom the picture, there is nothing wrong with this picture. Make una rest abeg,” she wrote in a Facebook post on Thursday.

I know Mariam, from when she was growing up. Trust me man, she's a good person. She just had a very challenging childhood/adulthood because of a broken home, then death of her mum who was raising her. She's a good person, and whoever that man is, he has no right to zoom her picture because she's not his wife or daughter. I believe you know that's not what Islam teaches.
