What exactly are the Satanic Verses in the Koran…?

According to history…, the moon god "al-Ilah" which was being worshiped before the birth of Mohammed…had three daughters named al-Lat... al-Uzza and Manat.
...Each daughter had a separate shrine near Mecca...where Allah's shrine was located.
As Muhammad grew frustrated and unsuccessful with his evangelism of a new religion…The talk was that he was tricked by the devil into adding a verse in the Koran that commanded Muslims to pray to Allah's three pagan daughters...Lat...Uzza and Manat...(Charles angels as we fondly call them)…

The pagan female trinity was immediately accepted without opposition and the passage was enshrined as part of the early (original) revealed Koran. However… some time later… it was said that Muhammad got another revelation from God that the verse should be removed. After repenting of the error, Muhammad was comforted by God. Grin

The main stream Islam today does not worship these Allah's daughters and considered them as pagan gods. The important issue here is that Muhammad himself commanded his followers to offer prayers to these "Allah's daughters". He later retracted it and blamed it on the Devil.
It is this true event in foundation of Islam or Muhammad's life that sparked the topic of Salman Rushdie's book, "The Satanic Verses."

These are the omitted verses:

Here is the  Koran once read with the satanic verses:

These are the exalted cranes whose intercession is to be hoped for.

Some Muslims actually reject the whole satanic verses story as untrue. These are an extremist minority, who have been brainwashed not to look into the subjects of history or science…especially when it conflicts with the Koran…they spend more of their time listening…memorizing…without understanding the Koran…
 Islamic teachings reject the universal record of history and the Bible…but believe the Koran is true….when in actuality…most of the koranic stories were mere copyright of The Bible and previous religious writings… Some Islamic apologists actually deny the satanic verses ever happened…Yet their only argument is…The Koran says it cannot be tampered with and that Satan cannot interfere with the revelation process…. So… these extremists must either admit that the so called final prophet revealed a Koranic passage whose origin was Satan…or…simply rewrite their own history and deny the whole satanic verses scandal itself. ..The later was exactly what Abu bakr did…

i usually have an advice for you, take this for today
whatever the history records and contradicts the Qur'an is a false because for God is divine.
if agreed that the histories found in the Holy Qur'an are just copywrights of Bible and previous religious books, then it shows that the same who sent Muhammad (PBUH) is the same who sent those previous messengers but their books or laws is outdated with the rise of the seal of  prophecy -Muhammad (PBUH).
all in all, what i'm trying to say is, all other books or writings are rendered towards the Holy Qur'an and not the other way round. any writing which contradicts the word of Allah -The Most High, is a lie.
