I am a consultant with a few Universities in Ghana. You pay higher tuition as a foreign student. Some universities like Central University college sell admission form $80 for foreign applicant. The tuition fee per year is $1,800, accommodation $600. There is minor expenses amounting to $200 per year. This is one of the cheapest schools in Ghana.
