The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) in Abuja has set a three-month deadline for property owners to start developing their vacant or unfinished properties, or risk losing them.

This is to curb the rapid expansion of shanties and squatters within uncompleted buildings and undeveloped plots across the FCT.

Property owners are to IMMEDIATELY develop and secure them within three months from the date of this announcement (October 21,2024)
