Bisi Alimi, the prominent Nigerian LGBTQ+ activist, recently stirred conversation with comments about Enugu state on his Instagram stories.

 He claimed that the southeastern state is a "retirement home for crazy homosegxwals," advising LGBTQ+ individuals in Nigeria to be cautious if they encounter gay men from the area.

Alimi humorously added that "no one is sane" in Enugu, a comment that has sparked mixed reactions online.
