Ex-BBNaija housemate, Uriel Oputa has penned down the lessons she has learnt while caring for her ailing mother who is down with a stroke and vascular dementia.
In a post shared on IG, Uriel said yesterday was a reminder of how much she has been able to care for her mum.
She said she felt ‘’unproductive' for the better part of yesterday as she had to stay to feed her mum but that it reminded her of how she has forgiven her mother.
She said she has forgiven her mum for not taking her high blood pressure medication on time, something Uriel thinks might have prevented her stroke and vascular dementia.
The chef also said that she learnt to forgive herself for the way she had acted towards her most of the time after she realised she had been carrying a lot of anger.
