Juventus have officially terminated Paul Pogba’s contract with the club.

The Serie A giants confirmed this in a statement on Friday.

Pogba is preparing to make a return to football after he saw a four-year ban for failing a drug test cut to 18 months.

The Frenchman will be able to play again in March 2025.

However, Juventus consider Pogba surplus to requirements in Thiago Motta’s squad.

A statement read: “Juventus Football Club and Paul Pogba announce that they have mutually agreed to the termination of the sports performance contract, effective from 30 November 2024.

“The company wishes Paul all the best for his professional future.”

Juve have no choice to do this.  But I bet Paul will sue for compensation and get millions of Euros award from a neo liberal EU court for unfair dismissal. The world, Europe in particular have gone mad!
