Tell her that by the power and authority given to me, acting under Act 25 section 783 paragh 45a of the NP Law Book, i hereby denounce them Not Man and Woman anymore, means they are officially divorce, and have no reason to be under the same apartment as the law takes immediate effect from this day.

The woman can pray for him from afar.. besides i don't think a leopard can change from his spots. the man already got the spots of Leopard. no prayer is changing that. he can try and do the counselling by himself not the woman. I repeat the woman stand at risk of many things, including her life, if the man cant stand the fact that she will expose that outside, she's not safe at all.
