Ihuoma Nneji, daughter of the founder of ABC Transport Company, has filed a defamation lawsuit against social media critic **Verydarkman** over alleged false claims made against her.
The lawsuit follows recent accusations by Verydarkman, who alleged that **Nneji misrepresented herself as an American travel nurse instead of a care worker** and claimed she had been **divorced five times**.
A **court summons** related to the case has surfaced online, bearing **case number CV/479**, listing both **Verydarkman and investigative journalist Kemi Olunloyo** as defendants. The lawsuit accuses them of **spreading defamatory statements** about Nneji.
While both **Verydarkman and Olunloyo have yet to respond** to the lawsuit, the legal battle has sparked discussions online, with netizens sharing mixed reactions.
A social media user, **Clement Atadoga**, warned: *“She will be wasting her time. This might even affect her father’s business if care is not taken.”*
Another, **Bernvice Aba**, remarked: *“Verydarkman lives in court and only goes home from time to time. Freedom is not his love language.”*
Meanwhile, **Blessing Ifeanyi** supported Nneji’s decision to sue, stating: *“She did well. He’s going to learn the hard way. Looking at what VDM accused her of, it really doesn’t make sense.”*
The case is expected to unfold in court in the coming weeks.
