The Lagos State Police Command has taken into custody a 38-year-old man and his accomplice for allegedly defiling and impregnating his 14-year-old stepdaughter.
According to CSP Benjamin Hundeyin, the spokesperson for the police command, the suspects reportedly conspired to segxwally abuse the teenager in the Okokomaiko area.
The distressing incident came to light when the girl's mother filed a report at the Okokomaiko Police Division last Friday.

"The survivor's mother reported that her daughter had been violated by her husband and his friend. The matter has since been transferred to the Gender Unit in Ikeja. The young girl is now nine months pregnant,"
said Hundeyin.Investigations are ongoing, and the police intend to present the case in court upon their conclusion.
